One of my favorite parts about having a new lover is watching them orgasm. Will he be loud? Will he yell my name? Will the neighbors call the police??? Most of the guys I’ve been with have been pretty vocal; I still giggle thinking about one, from nearly 3 years ago. He was so fucking loud, oh my God. My entire apartment building probably knew my name. I’ve dealt with the other extreme too … silent guys. That’s unnerving.
Tex is more on the quiet side. I still haven’t figured that out. When I’ve gone down on him, he’s very talkative, expressing his appreciation, saying my name, basically giving a running commentary. But when we have sex, it’s very different. Sometimes I don’t even know that he’s had an orgasm until he pulls out (and he’s not faking it, because, well, the proof is in the condom. :-p ) . I haven’t been able to pick up on a consistent pattern either … sometimes a person will make a certain sound or move a certain way every single time. But not him.
Last night I said to him, “You’re so quiet!” and he immediately apologized. He’s used to having roommates … so the quietness is understandable. But, he lives alone now. 
On a side note, he’s such a sweet and tender partner. Don’t get me wrong, I think there’s more of a tiger lurking, but it’s been a LONG time since I’ve mixed sex and emotions. It’s actually kind of nice … although I may try to deny I ever said that if Lauren ever reminds me of it. LOL

As for me, I love a partner who is vocal. After months of chatting online, a particular guy and I FINALLY got together this past weekend. He warned me that his orgasms were not quiet and that I’d have no problem telling when he was having one. He wasn’t kidding! It sounded as if he had just conquered a wild beast…I loved it! I look forward to many more. =)
I don’t mind a guy who’s loud – although given how loud I am, that could certainly cause a racket.
Was with a silent guy once. Completely silent; wondered if he’s still breathing silent. Closed eyes, no noise. Just. Really. Creepy.
